Pinnacle Hospitality began its humble journey in 2015, founded by Brenden Mathias with just six cozy rooms at Pinnacle Holiday Homes in Arpora, North Goa. What started as a small dream has now grown into a thriving collection of over 15 beautiful properties spread across North Goa — all owned and managed with love and care by Goan families.

Brenden’s passion for hospitality took root early. At just 16, he stepped into the industry, and by 21, he was training professionally with P&O Cruises UK. His career then took him across the globe — from the Marriott International in Grand Cayman, where he spent a decade mastering the art of service, to Fairmont Hotels in Bermuda for two enriching years. But his heart was always in India. In 2014, he returned home with a dream: to create spaces that offer more than just a place to stay — he wanted to create meaningful experiences.
