We have a 07 days cancellation policy . and shortened stay will be charged as full if done at the last moment .
No loud music allowed after 09 pm
guest can play music in permissible limit in the villa after hours as long as there is no disturbance to others

no outside guest will be allowed at the villa at any given time due to security issues
all guest have to present a valid id proof on check in
strictly no smoking in the rooms
