This Beautiful 05 bhk private villa with a pool is located in the heart of arproa just 500 mtrs to club cabana and 7 to 8 minutes drive to the world famous baga beach . The modern bunglow boast of a Sitting and a living and a fully equipped kitchen on the lower level . The lower level consists of 03 bedrooms and 02 common wash rooms of which 01 bedroom is pool facing with a balcony and the other 02 bedrooms are without balcony.One the 2nd level we offer our guest with 02 bedrooms with their own siting area with attached bathrooms and balconies. We have care takers at our guest service 24/7 with a designated manager .

No loud music allowed after 09 pm
guest can play music in permissible limit in the villa after hours as long as there is no disturbance to others
