Strictly no visitors friends will be allowed in the villa at any given time for your own safety reasons
Care takers and owners reserve the right to deny entry
DJ OR Cook with permission can enter the villa excluding the bedrooms of guest
The villa will be cleaned every day and a full linen change will be done every alternate day
villa will not be cleaned after 5 pm due to the rest factor for the guest
Any breakage will be charged at cost price
we request the guest to inspect the villa on arrival and point out any breakages or damages to items before arrival
Soiled towells / bedsheets etc with tatto stains/ hard food stains will be charged at cost price
50% ADVANCE will be charged and the BALANCE WILL BE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL WIHOUT EXCEPTION
