This Beautiful 05 bhk private villa with a pool is located in the heart of arproa just 500 mtrs to club cabana and 7 to 8 minutes drive to the world famous baga beach . The modern newly rennovated bunglow boast of a Sitting and a living and a fully equipped kitchen on the lower level . The lower level consists of 03 bedrooms of which 01 bedroom has an attached bathbroom and the other 02 bedrooms share 01 common bathroom, of which 01 bedrooms comes with a pool facing balcony . On the 2nd level, the guest have to exit the grounbd floor and take a stair case which leads to the top floors , we offer our guest with 02 bedrooms with their own siting area with attached bathrooms and balconies. We have care takers at our guest service 24/7 with a designated manager .A private chef can be arranged on this property at a charge .

no drinking with glass bottles in the pool plastic will be provided
no outside guest will be allowed at the villa at any given time due to security issues
all guest have to present a valid id proof on check in
the villa / apartment will be given to guest in tip top condition
guest are required to check the villa upon arrival
bring to the owners notice for any damage
anything damaged will be charged at cost price to the guest with no exeception
Pool timings are 8;00 am upto 08 ;00 pm
No drinking and smoking or consumption of food will be allowed in the pool
No sarees or cotton clothes will be allowed in the pool
Strictly no bottles in the pool
No loud music by the pool area
No loud music allowed after 09 pm
guest can play music in permissible limit in the villa after hours as long as there is no disturbance to others
loud speakers will not be allowed
A cancellation fee will apply as follows:
-Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – 80% refund to the customer or reschedule

Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – 50% refund to the customer or reschedule
–
Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund or reschedule.
3. Reschedule of booking is possible for dates within 6 months of the original booking date. The duration of the rescheduled booking shall be equal or longer to the original booking. The price difference (if any) will be chargable at the time of rescheduling the booking. Reschedule is possible for one time only.
4. The prime dates (Holi weekend, Diwali Weekend and 24 Dec-1 Jan) booking will not be refundable and cannot be rescheduled irrespective of date of booking.
5. Booking duration cannot be reduced at the time of checkin/ during the checkin. In of reduction in the duration before checkin date, the above cancellation and refund policy will apply.
. On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take 7-10 working days.
2. Any refund can only be setteled in the original payment methode from which the booking amount was paid.
