About this resort
This Brand new property of ours is located in the heart of Calangute , just opposite bloom suites .U will be staying approx 10 minutes walk to the beach . The Property boast of 06 rooms which have been tastefully and colourfully decorated by us . All the rooms have their attached bathrooms and balconies . All our rooms are are equipped with smart TVS , AC , Cuboards , free wifi ,Full generator back up 24/7 .We have a MASTER FRIDGE in the Living area which is situated on the ground floor ( ask us about that ) . We also have a 24/7 tea and coffee station at the ground level with a sitting area with a micro wave and we will provide u with the cutlery and cookery .The property has a designated manager and a care taker .

guest can play music in permissible limit in the villa after hours as long as there is no disturbance to others

no outside guest will be allowed at the villa at any given time due to security issues
all guest have to present a valid id proof on check in
the villa / apartment will be given to guest in tip top condition
guest are required to check the villa upon arrival
bring to the owners notice for any damage
anything damaged will be charged at cost price to the guest with no exeception
a prepayment of 50% will be required as soon as a booking is made
your deposit is extremely safe with us
In case of cancellation 30 days before check in then there is zero cancellation charges and any deposit or booking advances are 100% refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days and more than 15 days before check in, then there is a 50% cancellation charge that applies.
In case of cancellation 14 days or less before the check in date then 100% cancellation charge will apply.
1. In the unlikely event that the host have to cancel your reservation we shall make every effort to make alternative arrangements. If we are unable to find alternative arrangements, we will refund your full payment.
2. If the cancellation arises due to force majeure such as acts of God, Government Lockdown, strikes, industrial action, war disturbances of any type, other government actions etc., we shall not be made liable.
3. If your booking is cancelled we cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or your flights or any travel expenses. When you book your travel arrangements they are your responsibility.
1. On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take 7-10 working days.
2. Any refund can only be setteled in the original payment method from which the booking amount was paid.

No sarees or cotton clothes will be allowed in the pool
