This amazing and tastefully decorated 8 bedrooms villa is located in a quiet, residential safe neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to not miss-out on all the top tourist areas .. Located in the Peaceful village of Arpora the baga beach is Just 10 Minutes Away.
With a huge pool along side a baby pool with breathtaking nature views, this vila also boasts of 02 living areas with dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
Our villa will sleep 16 people but can comfortably fits up to 20

House rules
a prepayment of 50% will be required as soon as a booking is made
strictly no smoking in the rooms
smoking allowed outside the rooms and by the pool area
no smoking in the pool
no drinking with glass bottles in the pool plastic will be provided
no outside guest will be allowed at the villa at any given time due to security issues
all guest have to present a valid id proof on check in
the villa / apartment will be given to guest in tip top condition
guest are required to check the villa upon arrival
bring to the owners notice for any damage
anything damaged will be charged at cost price to the guest with no exeception
Pool timings are 8;00 am upto 08 ;00 pm
No drinking and smoking or consumption of food will be allowed in the pool
No sarees or cotton clothes will be allowed in the pool .

Strictly no bottles in the pool
No loud music by the pool area
No loud music allowed after 09 pm
guest can play music in permissible limit in the villa after hours as long as there is no disturbance to others

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – 80% refund to the customer or reschedule

Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – 50% refund to the customer or reschedule

Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund or reschedule.
1. On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take 7-10 working days.
2. Any refund can only be setteled in the original payment methode from which the booking amount was paid.
Our standard check-in time is at 1:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 8:00 am while we are getting your villa ready.
Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 40% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
