Situated just 200 mtrs from the saturday night bazar and 500 mtrs from club cabana this family run guest house is an ideal choice for the budget customer looking for a clean and tidy place away from the hustle and bustle yet conveniently located to all the major beaches cafes and night life . The world famous Baga beach os just 3 kms away.
Customers can either book the Entire villa as a 06 bhk with a kitchen and pool.

Customers can book individual rooms , namely 03 luxury rooms , 01 deluxe studio and 01 family room
The owners live on the ground floor with his family , however all the guest have their own private entrance to their rooms
Pinnacle holiday homes features a common swimming pool, which is 6 mtrs x 3 mtrs and 5.4 ft deep and also a private jaccuzi which can be rented by the hour only for couples and upon availability
House rules
strictly no smoking in the rooms
smoking allowed outside the rooms and by the pool area
no smoking in the pool
no drinking with glass bottles in the pool plastic will be provided
No loud music allowed after 09 pm
guest can play music in permissible limit in the villa after hours as long as there is no disturbance to others
loud speakers will not be allowed
no outside guest will be allowed at the villa at any given time due to security issues
all guest have to present a valid id proof on check in
the villa / apartment will be given to guest in tip top condition
guest are required to check the villa upon arrival
bring to the owners notice for any damage
anything damaged will be charged at cost price to the guest with no exeception
a prepayment of one night will be required as soon as a booking is made

Pool timings are 8;00 am upto 08 ;00 pm
No drinking and smoking or consumption of food will be allowed in the pool
