Pinnacle Holiday Homes is located in the lush green village of Arpora and is centrally located . Situated just 200 mtrs from the saturday night bazar and 500 mtrs from club cabana this family run guest house is an ideal choice for the budget customer looking for a clean and tidy place away from the hustle and bustle yet conveniently located to all the major beaches cafes and night life . The world famous Baga beach os just 3 kms away.
This 06 bhk consists of 05 individual rooms and 05 bathrooms namely 03 luxury rooms 01 deluxe studio and 03 luxury rooms with balcony a dining area and a kitchen
The owners live on the ground floor all the guest have their own private entrance to their rooms
pinnacle holiday homes features a common swimming pool and also a private jaccuzi which can be rented by the hour only for couples and upon availability
House rules
- Pinnacle Guest Houses are based on home stay concepts and are not hotels.
- No loud music at any time. Quiet hours after 9:00 pm.
- No screaming or shouting at any time thereby disturbing other guests and neighbors.
- No chewing of gutka/pan allowed on property.
- Smoking only in balconies or corridor due to safety reasons.
- No drugs.
- No prostitution.
- Strictly no visitors allowed beyond reception area, meeting with friends or outsiders only in reception.
- No tea or coffee service, or service from our caretakers, will be available after 9:00 pm, strictly due to the rest factor for our caretakers.
- Our caretakers will not be available for cooking purposes.
- No cooking is allowed in our kitchen (except for infants).
- Cooking is only at Pinnacle Countryside or Blue if the entire villa is rented.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking only in balconies.
- Kettle to be used only for hot water. Kindly mix your milk and sugar in the mugs provided due to hygiene issues. Breakfast will be served only at 8:00 am. Food from the restaurant menu, although served on property, we don’t guarantee your satisfaction due to differences in taste buds onwards and up to 11:00 am.
- Rooms will be cleaned every day from 9 to 5 and not later than 5 pm.
- Full linen change is done every 2 days.
- Extra towels before that period will be charged at inr 70.
- No linen change will be done for a 3 night stay or odd day stay and will have the towels only changed/however guests can ask for a full linen change for 200/- per room.
- Professional laundry service is available on request at 70/- per piece.
- Towels provided are strictly for room use only and not to be taken to the beach.
- In-house maids can wash laundry at 150 per load payable to them.
- We provide you with the best white linen. Kindly help us by not wiping temporary tattoos/shoe polish/wiping the floor/wiping unwashed hands whilst having food thereby staining the towels (any towel/bedsheet/pillow cover damaged will be charged at cost price).
- We provide commission-free scooters/bikes/cars/taxis/tours for our customers as a courtesy and going the extra mile ensuring ease on your holiday. And would not like it to be compared to your overall room experience. We will not be responsible for any altercation between customers and rental owners and will be on their own risk (kindly inspect your vehicles before you rent them).
- Customers are more than free to get their own taxi/car/tours etc.
